Have a Javelin in Need of Repair?

Step 1: Collect Required Information

  1. Civilian pickup address, including building number, street name, and room number as needed
  2. Unit DoDAAC & UIC
  3. 2 points of contact (typically one of them is you)
    • Commercial/cell phone number for each (no DSNs)
    • .mil email address for each
  4. Facility hours of operation, be sure to note if there are any base access issues
  5. Items to be shipped
    • Part number
    • Nomenclature
    • End item serial number(s)
  6. Are the items palletized or loose?
  7. (If palletized) Please provide weight & dimensions.
  8. (CLU shipments only) Do you need security seals?
  9. What date will your shipment be ready for pickup?

Step 2: Contact the JV ITOC

When you're ready, contact the JV ITOC with the required information from Step 1 to book your shipment using the contact information below.

Step 3: Order ASL Parts

Do you require ASL Parts?

Please send an email to the JV ITOC with the following information:

  1. First and last name including rank
  2. Phone number
  3. Unit name
  4. Unit DoDAAC & UIC
  5. Delivery address (This cannot be a PO box or APO box)
  6. Part number and quantity (Please use a new line for each part if requesting multiple)
  7. If you need an ASL list please contact the JV ITOC
